Purpose
There are many sources for skill-focused learning as well as crowd-sourced message boards for troubleshooting. The aim of this project was to find the grey area between and provide a better experience to those underserved by existing products in the market. 
Objective
The aim of this project was to learn what pain-points users of these types of services experience and the opportunities in the current market could give an advantage to a competing product. 
Three main problems being addressed: 
• Access to quality information from reliable sources, 
• Accessing this information in a manor that was economical and timely. 
• Reducing the noise and clutter often encountered in crowd sourced message boards.​​​​​​​
